Successful applicants are required to comply with the OER Fund reporting requirements. For applicants who have completed their OER Fund project, a final report must be submitted one month after the project has concluded.
The information you provide will be used to assess the impact of the Open Educational Resources Fund and its projects, identify ways to better support future projects, and to evaluate the Open Educational Resources fund program. It should take you no more than 45 to 60 minutes to complete this report. A report containing an analysis of the overarching themes around the outcomes and impacts of the OER fund will be shared with the Office of the Provost and with the Faculties. In addition, the Final Report will be shared publicly on the Open UBC website.
Please note: you must use one of the below online forms to submit your final report. You can use the templates below to help you develop the report but you will need to copy and paste your entries into the online report.
