Successful applicants are required to comply with the OER Fund reporting requirements. For applicants who have completed their OER Fund project, a final report must be submitted one month after the project has concluded.
The information you provide will be used to assess the impact of the Open Educational Resources Fund and its projects, identify ways to better support future projects, and to help inform an OER Fund evaluation snapshot. In addition, parts of this Final Report may be shared publicly on the Open UBC website.
Please note: you must use one of the below online forms to submit your final report. You can use the templates below to help you develop the report but you will need to copy and paste your entries into the online report.
